Mobile cart provides power everywhere!

I purchased the 1250 Watt inverter for use during and after a hurricane, last year we lost power for three days twice. The inverter is attached to a rolling table with three deep cycle batteries SRM-29 size, along with various cables and a battery charger.

By making this power station portable I can roll it anywhere I need in my home or garage. The batteries are constantly maintained by a small solar panel when not in use. I have tested the inverter out on our 600 watt microwave and it runs properly, something my 1200 watt Vector could not do.

I plan on using the power station to maintain our refrigerator freezer alternating a half hour run time for every four hours the power is off. Then use the inverter to run fans, TV, and lights at night. With the small solar panel and my auto alternator I can maintain output for numerous days if needed.

I have several neighbors who have generators, they can not run them during the storm, and go through a great deal of gasoline in just one day, and still can not run their central AC units.

In short, we have power during the hurricanes, and can run just about the same appliances after the hurricanes, and I don't have extension cords all over the house. Plus I don't have carbon monoxide issues or maintain gallons of fuel in the garage.

This plan works, but I still hope we never have a real test.

P.S. The cart is a rolling jump station for cars and trucks, portable 110 power for tools and the batteries can be used if removed for a boat trolling motor!
