We operate on Pacific Standard Time so we can usually get your emergency orders out when others can't. Batteries cannot be shipped by any other method besides ground service.

Warranty and Return/Exchange Policy
All the merchandise supplied by InvertersRus is covered by our warranty and exchange policy. You may return any defective item, by shipping it back within 30 days of the day you actually received it. All orders returned that are not defective could be charged a 15% restocking fee to help cover our shipping costs. All refused items will be charged the amount for shipping both ways. After 30 days, your item can be exchanged for an identical item up to one year. Before any return, please contact Customer Service by emailing us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that we can process your return request. Please do not ship any item back to InvertersRus without referencing your RMA number.
