During the summer months we participate in several farmers markets, bringing the best natural meat to folks in the community.
Our reputation is based on the taste, appearance and the nutritional value of our frozen meat. Naturally we are very eager to do what we can to preserve our quality. Our customers demand the very best and the state health inspectors are always interested in how we safeguard our customer's health!
We use our Aims 1250 Watt Power Inverter and 1 marine battery to power our freezer while at the Farmers Markets and while traveling to and from.
The inverter has more than enough power for this purpose and allows us to be very flexible about where we set up. The cost is reasonable and the portability and convenience are great assets. Plus there are never long power cords to trip over or noisy generators to spoil the Farmers Market atmosphere!
